Our Policy on returned goods

The following conditions are not intended to affect or jeopardise your statutory rights.

A customer has the right to cancel their order by email or phone within 14 working days from the date they receive their order. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, the goods must be returned unworn, unmarked, and unwashed with original ticket still in place unless found to be faulty. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the garment s reach us safely. It is also the customers responsibility to pay for the goods to be returned unless returning a faulty item. If the goods are returned to us within the stipulated time and in same condition as they were originally sent, a full refund will be given. If the goods are returned in a used or marked condition they will be sent back at your cost (unless faulty in first place). If the order was placed outside Europe please take care to fill in posting documentation details correctly. Goods to the UK may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a “return” to the UK and not an import. In the event of the documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to Molly Anns, the sum involved will be deducted from your refund.

Goods returned within the UK

For goods returned after the 14th working days policy please note the following:
Goods must be returned as stated above
Goods returned after 14 days will incur 20% relisting/handling charge
Goods returned after 21 days will incur 50% relisting/handling charge
Goods returned later than 28 days will NOT be refunded

Please be aware that the above policy is for our protection only. If you experience any problems please contact us as soon as possible, we value your custom and are here to help.
Molly Anns is not responsible for packages lost in the post, all items will be sent track and trace.  We reserve the right to make changes to the information of this site, or to the services described therein without notice.
